How to sew easy way. Making the casual dress without the pattern
Why would one wants to make a dress if there's plenty on the market and very cheap?
And the answer is very simple - there are plenty but not a single dress that fits. Especially If you a plus size.
I recently looked in Evans that once was a nice shop with great stuff, but now all shop floor look very sad and boring.
Why those designers (if you call them designers ) decided that plus size crowd should wear only black or boring dark colours and awfully cut, misshaped clothes. Leave alone the shoes... in my opinion orthopedic shoes looks more attractive than Evans shoes. Ir looks like they been made by blind people using cheapest most ugly materials.
But for now let's forget the shoes and go back to dresses.
So in this case when market can't offer what we want the only solution is to make your own dress that fits you perfectly. And it shouldn't be rocket science.
I am preparing now a video tutorials on how to make simple casual dress using your measurements that would fit you perfectly, and you will be able to make as many dresses as you wish quick and easy.
I promise you will forget jeans and shapeless t-shits and start wearing elegant dresses

Little gentlemen's velvet jacket
This little jacket for 2-3 year old has got all the features of regular adult jacket: all the pockets in necessary places creates great look
Chenile Blazer decorated with zipps
This blazer idea took inspiration of great match of navy blue with gold, and result turned out great
simple blazer with many zipps running all directions... it has skimming effect and I received many compliments for that blazer

Easy cut light coat with the scarf detail
When winter weather get's into your bones everyone wants sometime warm and snug to stay nice and warm. So I came across very nice and soft pure soft wool fabric and couldn't resit to buy it for light and warm coat.
And the final result looks great - very high quality coat with luxury finishing
Well I was not so keen on checks but wool was so soft and not itchy at all so i took the chance.
I used very simple cut and main focus was on a scarf detail
Also I did not want any top stitching seams on this soft fabric as it would look cheap so all the finishing is done by hand and snaps instead of regular buttons.
I am so addicted to natural fibers fabrics that rarely use any polyester, just wool, silk, viscose, or linen.
This jacket is no exception. To finish edges I used silk jacquard stripes cut on bias (binding), and all edges finished by hand sewing as well as pockets attached by hand swing.
In fact there's no visible stitching on the pretty side, all blind stitched.
