Silk ribbon embroidery. Fuchsia

I am trying silk ribbon to embroider variety of flowers to see how it gonna look.
Here is Fuchsia.

Fist i make purple skirts for my future fuchsia flowers

I use a fuchsia picture print out to coppy the flowers

Draw my pattern on the fabric

Start embroidering the background plan, here I do leaves and stems first

Cut the ribbon after each leaf and secure the ribbon with the regular thread

Next step is making the flower tops

Then attach skirts

And finish off with flower pestles

I was looking for new ways to embroider rose and here is what I came up with.
Here I used satin ribbon for embroidery

Next one is pure 100% silk ribbon and absolutely different look
